All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, tickets may be exchanged for another date only if all parades are officially cancelled or postponed on the ticketed date, subject to availability. Ticket holder acknowledges they are purchasing admission to a collection of parades scheduled for the specific date and time indicated, not to any individual parade (e.g., Hermes).
